An Appreciation Of Life -
by Paul McCann .
Pictures of life ,
captured in a world like this ,
with music and songs ,
and the work artists .
absorbed by our senses
in sight , smell and touch
the appreciation of
the masters touch .
The soft kiss of the wind
from the north is warm .
A fist of fury is the
twist of the storm .
The heavy rain of the night
slashes the ground .
The thick mist of the morning
falls with no sound .
The colourful sun set
the glow of the moon .
The smell of roses
as they begin to bloom .
The cry of a baby
the laughter of youth ,
the whisper of love
that speaks softly in truth .

Where would we be without our senses? Your awareness comes across so well in this poem.
