and those who  criticise the good works  of others

will find misfortune and an emptiness within that nothing  can fill .

Listen to your heart and discover the silence of being at peace

with the world and let others know by the stillness of God’s reflection in your life

who you are and what you can fulfil . 

Never be unkind to others because all it will bring is sorrow

and anger that will consume every part of you leaving a hunger  for love  within

that nothing and no one can ever fill .

Be the kind of person who hungers for the presence of God

moving within you and reach out to others

with kindness in every word you say content in doing His  will .
