On Civilization and Its Absence

As someone who was once a political leader, I affirm that our position is that we were coercively taken advantage of in the general situation- and that this is the cause of any failures.
Humans have rights, legal rights, medical and human rights beyond what is usually recognized by the contemporary authorities, who are corrupt. For example, I have been in medical pain for the last decade; and the doctors have refused to treat my pain. I feel that by civilization, I am entitled to opioid medical treatment; and that they've greatly wronged me. Because of this, I have been unable to work and have failed my children, and have suffered horribly. I did manage a number of scientific breakthroughs, and other achievements.
I want the communities that I have lived in, Klamath Falls and Medford, and the wider human community, to know that I feel you have robbed and wronged me; that I have been tortured, raped, and neglected; and that there has been neither relief nor redress.

It is disturbing to hear that
It is disturbing to hear that you have not been able to have the treatments/pain relief you deserve. You and others have been taken advantage of, and contemporary authorities are corrupt. Is this due to Trump's new regime, or is it failures that have been developing for a long time? I hope you find better assistance.
