Mysterious Veil On All Hallows Night

Gaze through gossamer of
spider's web, other worlds
that appear beyond veil
most mysterious and
nebulous.
Hazy amorphous place just
out of reach, living beside
us, surrounding our world.
But when night comes
on Eve of All Hallows,
concealed in dark of
night...
do we feel when truly
believing? That there's
more in this world than
what we are seeing.

Spiders
There certainly is more to this world than we are seeing Jenny. I think that everytime I'm in the garden and a cobweb I hadn't noticed sticks to my face.
Cobwebs and spiders are wonderful things though, so whenever I spot a really good web with a big and active spider lurking, I can watch it for ages.
And I loved your poem.

Being so small and fragile
Being so small and fragile but building huge intricate yet resilient structures seemingly out of thin air, spiders make me think of super intelligent aliens, of things we don't, cannot understand. As you say, "more to this world than what we are seeing". This is a lovely Halloween poem, not scary but showing magic is in the everyday

A perfectly formed tribute to
A perfectly formed tribute to Halloween, Jenny. There sure is so much more to this world than both what we are seeing and the ghostly gouls of our own imaginations. No doubt there is a whole lot we don't know even about spiders.
