Up on the heath in the murkiest pond
Lives the smallest of monsters
Just three inches long
The frogs have adopted him
As one of their own
The newts all high-five him
They won't leave him alone
He'll fit in your pocket
He's got blue spikey hair
A long stripey tail
And he growls like a bear
He's as long as a carrot stick
The same colour to boot
And he spends all his days
Playing the flute.

I love these little poems, and I notice you've called the set the illustrated compendium. Does that mean you already have some artwork? If so, please do post it!
