A Poet's Greek Mythology

If I knew grace amid embrace of time,
that declares how encapsulating and
alluring this lyre of blessed energy;
then lull of many women surely
inspired quiver of strings, which
brings respite clear and sonorous,
recognition of when gods plucked
from instinctive desires; Ravens
conveyed Apollo's dreams,
weaving lyrics...beating natures
pulse; symbol of artistry – free from
austerity – a poets Greek mythology.
The Raven is associated with Apollo
through communication.

Graces
My mother was called Grace, as were her mother and three more generations before her. There was a lull of many women in our family but none ever struck me as being mythological.
A verry nice poem Jenny that's made me think.

Jenny, you MUST know grace,
Jenny, you MUST know grace, to write how you do! I like very much
"weaving lyrics...beating natures / pulse" which made me think of the flutter of wings being like a pulse and the flight-paths of birds being invisible veins in the heart of the sky
