I can taste the salt coming from the spray of the high
tides Ocean as its waves break against the rocks.
As I watch the children play, unbeknownst to myself,
I am laughing aloud as I see their little faces light up,
Like the stars, their excited screams as splashes reach
Their pale little bodies. ‘Why didn’t I do this sooner?’
I ask myself as I run and join them.

Oh! To be young again, to run and play, see and feel the Ocean and sand beneath feet.
You paint a lovely picture with words.
Jenny.
