Amid the mid-blue
anticipation,
slow clouds pull
across the week's midriff.
The nights grow longer
now I know you;
daylight
hasn't much to say.
Bless the telephone,
the train,
the certainty
of dusk.

very pleasant
Yes, something very pleasant the second stanza brings in the very sleepy and comforting feel. Something between the shade the shadow, orgasm lightning and darkness. Masterful poetry.
Good to have a new entry thanks Morwenna!
