light mourning
lavender sheets
sky and sea
far pink coast
recalls sunset
white triangle sail
heading out
gulls fly, wings bright
as full moon's disc
night's shining host

I imagine you sitting alone
I imagine you sitting alone on a rock on a deserted seashore as you write this. There's nothing there except the nature that your words describe so beautifully.
I particularly liked lavender sheets which brought to mind those grey clouds illuminated by the sun at the day's end.

it was like gazing at a water
it was like gazing at a water colour on canvas. I could imagine you capturing every vision which you've painted beautifully with words.
It sounds so calming where you live Di, and to have that pleasure all year round must be so inspiring.
Very much enjoyed reading.

Good afternoon Di,
Good afternoon Di,
I'm feeling a lot better now, thank you for your concern.
I hope your son is now better...or at least on the mend.
Take care.

You not only are a brilliant
You not only are a brilliant poet but an artist too. Are you a painter? Reading your minimalist poem I immediately see a canvas, a beautiful sea landscape With the rising moon, last seagulls and a far pink coast touched by a sinking sun.....
how lovely!
