Believe it or not, I wrote this as part of Nanowrimo 2007. This is Chapter One. A then near future dystopic policier where smoking was completely banned, like prohibition for liquor. You'll probably find this a bit dull, but by chapter three or four I think it has a bit of pull. Maybe I'll post those too.
